Position Overview:

Holtec International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to oversee our portfolio of IT projects at our corporate office and the Palisades Nuclear Power Site restart project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing IT projects within a nuclear power company, including substantial experience in Cyber Security Program management. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage multiple enterprise IT projects and ensure their alignment with our strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage the portfolio of IT projects at Holtec International, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Oversee the IT initiatives related to the restart of the Palisades Nuclear Power Site, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Implement and manage the Cyber Security Program at the Palisades Nuclear

 

  • Power Site, ensuring compliance with 10 CFR 73 requirements and following the Cyber Security Plan for Nuclear Power Reactors (NEI 08-09).

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and security, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports, providing regular updates to senior management.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring project goals are achieved.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Mentor and guide project teams, promoting professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing IT projects within a nuclear power company.

  • Proven experience in managing Cyber Security Programs at a nuclear power facility.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple enterprise IT projects simultaneously.

  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the nuclear power industry.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

  • PMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ITIL-aligned policies and procedures.

  • Familiarity with cloud enablement and IT modernization strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

 

 

Salary: $135,000 - $155,000
