Holtec Security International seeks qualified applicants for the position of Field Specialist Supervisor in its Special Operations department.

A Field Specialist Supervisor will direct the Field Specialist.  They will be subject matter experts in various security disciplines, including red team operations, composite adversary force, security consulting, and firearms training. The ideal Field Specialist Supervisor will be a self-motivator, highly trained in covert methods of entry, alarm bypass, lock and door bypass, intrusion detection systems, and physical penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Red Team Operations:

Lead and participate in red team exercises to test and evaluate security protocols and systems.  Simulate real-world threats and develop tactics to identify vulnerabilities in client security systems.  Execute covert testing of physical security measures, including entry and perimeter security.

  • Composite Adversary Force (CAF):

Develop and execute composite adversary force scenarios to train personnel on responding to complex security threats.  Work with clients to design and deliver customized CAF training programs to simulate a variety of threat actors.  Provide expert guidance and feedback during training exercises to improve response capabilities.

  • Security Consulting:

Conduct in-depth security assessments for clients, identifying vulnerabilities in physical security, cybersecurity, and operational procedures.  Offer strategic recommendations to improve security measures across various sectors, including private residences, corporate offices, and public events.  Advise on the integration of advanced security technologies, such as intrusion detection systems and access control.

  • Firearms Training & Proficiency:

Provide firearms training to individuals and teams, ensuring proficiency in various firearms and tactical operations.  Conduct live-fire drills, firearms safety courses, and advanced tactical training to enhance operational readiness.  Ensure that all training is up to industry standards and tailored to the client's specific needs.

  • Covert Methods of Entry & Physical Penetration:

Apply advanced techniques in cover methods of entry, alarm bypass, and lock and door bypass during security testing.  Assess and execute controlled physical penetration techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.  Develop training programs for teams and clients to enhance their knowledge of bypass methods and intrusion detection systems.

  • Presentations to Executive Management:

Prepare and deliver detailed presentations to executive management and clients regarding security assessments, recommendations, and solutions.  Communicate complex security concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner.  Provide expert advice and direction based on field experiences and security assessments.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement, with a focus on special operations, executive protection, or firearms training.
  • Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
  • Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to obtain initial and maintain annual weapons qualifications.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a License to Carry (LTC).  Where applicable.
  • Experience in operating independently and making decisions in high-pressure environments.
  • Must be able to physically perform security operations and training, including standing for long periods, lifting, and participating in tactical drills.
  • Must be able to pass a physical fitness qualification annually.

Desired Additional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Extensive training in firearms proficiency, advanced tactical operations, and executive protection.
  • Certifications in relevant security fields such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Firearms Instructor Certification, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in red team operations, composite adversary force simulations, security consulting, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Expertise in alarm bypass, lock and door bypass, and intrusion detection systems.
  • High proficiency in firearms, including handguns, rifles, and shotguns.
  • Ability to perform physical penetration techniques in controlled environments.
  • Advanced understanding of cover and concealment methods, entry techniques, and counter-surveillance.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present security assessments to senior-level management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate in high-stress environments and maintain composure.
  • Highly professional with a strong sense of discretion and integrity.
  • Willingness to travel and work in various high-risk environments as needed.
  • This position will require frequent travel to client sites, including potential high-risk locations and secure areas.
