Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner supports full‑cycle recruiting across engineering, manufacturing, and professional roles. This role manages hiring processes, partners closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources while contributing to the continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting expertise, data‑driven decision‑making abilities, proactive sourcing skills, and a passion for attracting talent while delivering excellent customer service.
Location: Camden, NJ Waterfront location (Onsite)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define staffing needs, job requirements, and recruitment strategies
- Manage all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard‑to‑fill roles
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach
- Provide market insights and guidance on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges
- Support workforce planning efforts by forecasting hiring demand and identifying skill gaps
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth new‑hire transition
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, conversion rates) to improve efficiency
- Support the development and standardization of recruiting processes, tools, and documentation
- Represent Holtec International at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach initiatives
- Contribute to HR and Talent projects that enhance organizational effectiveness
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or energy‑related roles preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Excel, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence Hiring Managers
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting recruiting metrics

- Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $80,000 to $95,000.
