The Senior Equity Compensation Administrator supports Holtec International by administering and managing the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), performance shares, and employee stock purchase plans (ESPP). This role ensures accurate processing of equity grants, vesting events, exercises, settlements, and tax reporting while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, reporting, and internal control requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience managing complex equity compensation data in a multi‑stakeholder environment. This role offers high visibility, cross‑functional partnership, and the opportunity to help scale equity programs as Holtec continues to grow globally.

 

Location: Camden, NJ (on-site) – Flex Schedule with 1 day remote after 60 days

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer Holtec International’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, performance shares, and employee stock purchase plans
  • Manage the full lifecycle of equity grants, including grant setup, approvals, vesting schedules, exercises, cancellations, and settlements
  • Prepare and process equity grants for new hires, promotions, and annual grant cycles
  • Monitor vesting events and process employee equity transactions, including option exercises, share releases, and terminations
  • Maintain accurate participant records within the equity management system
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, securities laws, and company equity plan policies
  • Support preparation of equity‑related regulatory filings, including Forms 3921 and 3922
  • Maintain documentation and internal controls to support financial reporting and audit requirements
  • Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure accurate and compliant equity administration
  • Coordinate with external stock plan administrators, brokers, and vendors supporting equity plan operations
  • Prepare equity‑related reports for executives, finance teams, and auditors, including grant activity, exercises, share usage, and dilution metrics
  • Monitor equity share pool usage and track dilution impacts
  • Support employee communication and education related to equity compensation programs

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in equity or stock plan administration
  • Strong understanding of equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, performance shares, and ESPP
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex financial and equity data
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions
  • Experience administering global equity compensation programs
  • Familiarity with equity management systems and stock plan administration platforms
  • Knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements related to equity compensation
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, audits, and regulatory filings related to stock‑based compensation
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification

  • Annual compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $130,000 to $150,000.
