NPD Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
• Manage the scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) in accordance with the Holtec procedures and standard practices.
• Actively participate in design, engineering, manufacturing and site work activities
• Manage execution of multiple projects through the entire lifecycle
• Preparation of and distribution of regular project progress reports to both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
• Ensure Contract Administration on contract(s) as required, including proper close-out of projects as well as post-project critique and lessons learned
• Develop and grow client relationships serving as the organization’s primary point of contact

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5-8 years of related experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience in manufacturing and construction management
• Experience in Nuclear Plant Operations and Regulations
• Proficiency in scheduling

Salary range: $95,000 - $125,000
