Holtec International is seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and continuously improve company-wide recruiting efforts across engineering, manufacturing, technical, and professional functions. This role is responsible for driving recruitment strategy, managing and developing the Talent Acquisition team, and ensuring scalable, data-driven hiring practices that support Holtec’s growth and operational priorities.

 

The Manager of Talent Acquisition serves as a trusted advisor to business and HR leadership, balancing hands-on oversight with strategic planning, workforce forecasting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting expertise, strong leadership capability, and a proven ability to build efficient, high-performing talent acquisition functions in complex, fast-paced environments.

 

Minimum required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including people leadership or team oversight.
  • Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting across technical, professional, and corporate roles.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands.

 

Additional desirable qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, energy, or nuclear-related industries.
  • Experience leading recruitment process improvements, ATS optimization, or recruitment technology initiatives.
  • Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and external talent partnerships
  • Strong analytical capability with experience tracking and reporting recruiting metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with SAP, ADP, or other enterprise-level ATS platforms.
  • Experience supporting international recruitment or visa sponsorship processes.

 

Specific Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function, including mentoring, developing, and evaluating recruiting team members.
  • Establish and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, workforce plans, and growth initiatives.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and prioritize requisitions.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting processes to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on job design, sourcing strategies, interview practices, and market conditions.
  • Ensure consistent recruiting standards, tools, and processes across all business units
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, process optimization, and adoption of best practices.
  • Monitor and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline health) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Strengthen employer branding and external presence through partnerships, events, and targeted outreach.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Holtec’s values and professional standards.
  • Collaborate with HR operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding transitions.
  • Support compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and affirmative action requirements
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Salary Range: $135,000-$155,000
