Investor Relations Manager

Requisition ID:  1397
Location:

Camden, NJ, US

Job Family Function:  Administrative & Professional
Department:  Finance
Division:  Mariner Strategic Investment

The Investor Relations Manager will support the build‑out and ongoing management of the company’s investor relations and communications program in advance of its July 28 Nasdaq listing and throughout the post‑IPO period. This is a high‑visibility role working directly with the Chief Investment Officer and Investor Relations Officer, as well as the company’s external IR advisory firm. Reporting directly to the CIO/IRO, the role will have immediate responsibility and exposure given the accelerated IPO timeline. This is a rare opportunity to help build an investor relations function from the ground up at a company with a compelling and differentiated story at the intersection of nuclear energy, infrastructure, and the energy transition.

Location: Camden, NJ (On‑site)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the company's investor relations and communications program — including the IPO roadshow, listing day program, and ongoing post-IPO IR
  • Coordinate with the external IR advisory firm (ICR) on investor targeting, messaging, analyst relationships, and communications strategy
  • Draft and manage investor communications including press releases, earnings materials, investor presentations, and IR website content
  • Manage the IR calendar — earnings cadence, NDR scheduling, investor conferences, and analyst day planning
  • Support institutional investor outreach and relationship management including 13F analysis, shareholder intelligence, and targeting
  • Coordinate listing day logistics including Nasdaq bell ceremony, broadcast media program, and financial media outreach
  • Maintain working relationships with Nasdaq, the banking syndicate, and Solebury Capital on IR and communications matters
  • Monitor analyst coverage, consensus estimates, and peer group activity — providing regular intelligence to the CIO and senior management
  • Support SEC filing coordination as it relates to IR and communications obligations

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets — public company IR experience strongly preferred
  • Agency or financial communications firm background also considered — demonstrated experience supporting IPO or public company IR programs
  • Strong understanding of the public markets, SEC disclosure requirements, and the investor relations function
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear investor-facing materials
  • Experience working with investment banks, IR advisory firms, and Nasdaq or NYSE on IPO and post-IPO programs preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented — ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Undergraduate degree required — finance, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with the energy, nuclear, or infrastructure sectors is a plus but not required
