Inventory Specialist

The level I Inventory Specialist aids in overseeing the storing, receiving, and supply processes of Holtec’s products and materials. The level I Inventory Specialist will aid in controlling the flow of material and equipment, track and analyze inventory maintenance.

Location: Camden, NJ (On‑site)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Staging items for the production floor, items out to site, or in-house projects.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Hold inventory meetings with production floor supervisors, PLM’s and upper management.
• Track material and goods internally, being shipped to vendors, between facilities, and out to sites.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments, part collection and distribution.
• Maintains weekly upkeep/housekeeping on all inventory storing and staging locations.
• Conduct inventory counts for each area and the Kardex machines on a regular basis.
• Ensure all entries in the app and inventory sheets are accurate and up to date.
• Reporting to Level II & III Inventory Specialists any problems, obstacles, or challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse environment maintaining inventory

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Able to work weekends as assigned
• Ability to meet physical demands required to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations as applicable
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion
• Regular use of hearing, speaking, grasping, and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in warehouse or outdoor environments with exposure to varying conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Hourly compensation based on skills and experience ranging from $24.00/HR to $29.00/HR
