Holtec International seeks qualified applicants for the role of Equipment Delivery Field Representative within its Site Services division. The Field Representative will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the delivery and on-site assembly of Dry Cask Storage equipment at nuclear power plant facilities across the United States. Holtec International is a global turnkey supplier of equipment and systems for the nuclear, solar, geothermal, and fossil power generation sectors of the energy industry. 

The Equipment Delivery Field Representative will support both in-office project planning and on-site field execution. Responsibilities include developing equipment delivery plans, coordinating vendors and logistics, performing quality assurance activities, and serving as the on-site lead during equipment delivery, off-loading, and assembly operations. This position involves approximately 50% travel and 50% office-based planning at Holtec’s Camden, NJ headquarters. 

Minimum required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, the ability to obtain Unescorted Access at nuclear facilities (passing background checks and screenings), physical capability to work in industrial environments, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 

Holtec provides training in specialized equipment handling and safety protocols as needed. Prior experience with field service, heavy equipment delivery, or project coordination in an industrial setting is advantageous but not required.

Specific Areas of Responsibility: The Equipment Delivery Field Representative will be responsible for planning and execution of equipment delivery projects. This includes contacting and evaluating vendors to obtain competitive quotes, developing cost models, and issuing purchase orders. The role involves direct communication with Holtec clients and site personnel to plan project logistics, site access including security clearances, and necessary services to ensure seamless operations. The representative will perform quality assurance oversight at supplier labs to verify material compliance with Holtec’s standards. The Field Representative will serve as the on-site lead, conducting daily briefings and safety meetings, providing direction to crews, and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently. Responsibilities also include overseeing the transport, off-loading, and precise assembly of Dry Cask Storage systems—including HI-STORM casks, MPCs, and associated equipment—and supervising the final concrete placement into the storage casks, ensuring quality and compliance with technical specifications. The role requires frequent travel to nuclear sites across the U.S., typically for 1–2 weeks (occasionally up to 3 weeks), with full accommodations and per diem provided by the company.
